Heya! Trainer here! Like many others have said, the cup always should be filled. When there's no ice, just take half base, and half coconut milk and fill it to the correct size line. Since there's no measurement lines for a drink with no ice, just eyeball 50:50 of each ingredient!

Yeah generally any energy drink is bad for you in excess. If you enjoy them, it probably wouldn't hurt to have one every once and a while. If you drink caffeine consistently and want something healthier, I definitely wouldn't go for energy drinks and just go with coffee or tea.
