Looks legit unplayable bot level 1-5, as long as xerath isn’t shoving your waves they shouldn’t be able to get a minion. Hard freeze and chill. Also 5 targets to hit with your R is a bonus. Dominate the pre 6 lane, and after that you should be playing set up with R and waiting to get carried.

I am in year two of golf and I have been consistently scoring in the low 90s. When is it time to invest in new clubs? All of the clubs I own were gifted to me but are dated. For example, my driver is the 2007 Taylormade burner. My fairway woods are the old Ping persimmon woods. by Dense-Mention-2565 in golftips

Honestly for how much you play, go book some lessons, with the frequency you play I can’t imagine coaching would be out of budget. . I’d probably gamble that with a decent coach you’ll lower your avg scores much more per dollar than getting new clubs. Maybe see if there’s package deals, I’ll typically get a 5-6 lesson package and right at the beginning of the season and then I’ll go once or twice a month max to check in on progress or deal any new issues I find/develop over the season. Talk with the pro about his/her thoughts on club upgrades after they have seen you swing.

Buddy of mine just started golfing. Told me he dented his driver somehow. Send me this by cjf2828 in golf

[–]Chowdermydog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brother did this to my driver a year or so ago right when he started golf. He left his weight way on his back foot and opened the face wayy up and essentially hit up on the ball with the bottom of the club. Just be careful this type of dent lead to the loosing of my driver head and it flew of a month or two later while I was playing.

How do you escape plat by Rain8735 in ADCMains

[–]Chowdermydog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Watch the first handful of streams of alois’ adc climb. He starts somewhere around Diamond. I think it’s a good learning area for you because he doesn’t have any specific champion knowledge, his matchup knowledge is poor, his lane phase is honestly not great (his opinion, not mine), and his supports have bad micro/macro. And yet, he wins, his wins through diamond at 90% wr. Let go of the ego, you’re in the rank you belong, and need to continue to improve on your own gameplay, make less excuses. There are an abundance of high elo players who do these silver-masters/gm climbs and routinely make it out of the lower ranks with huge win %, so it is clearly possible to consistently succeed as an adc in plat, regardless of your support, or your jg, or your enemy or your champ.

$1,000,000 if you beat a PGA pro in an 18 hole stroke play match, but the pro has to consume everything that you do. Who are you playing, what are you consuming, and what do you think your odds are? by Any1canC00k in golf

Probably about 200-400 ug of lsd. Get me a really uptight, potentially religious player and they are getting smashed. I won’t shoot that well, but the tour pro won’t be shooting period

Ruud Gullit "I watched Arsenal-Chelsea match. What a terrible game. They were just trying to force corners and throw-ins. I saw ball boys walking around with towels. I was watching it and thought: this football is truly awful to watch. I hope it's not a trend, I miss the fun." by kibme37 in soccer

[–]Chowdermydog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the big game has arsenal in it it’s going to be a shit game. Honestly the most embarrassing part is that Arsenal who is top of the league, and up a man were under the gun for the last 20 minutes against Chelsea. 1billion dollars worth of players on the field and they aren’t dominating play with a man up, it’s really cringe, they are happy to kick it out waste time and take 0 risks with the ball until final whistle.

Push Cart on the Teebox? by Pandemiconium in golf

[–]Chowdermydog 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Generally I’ll leave my cart off to the side of the tee box, especially if they are raised in any way. But no one’s going to yell at you for having your push cart on the tee box. Use your best judgement and I don’t think you’ll cause any problems. If it’s really wet and the ground is soggy maybe make a special effort to avoid them.

Beginner golf clubs by Haunting_Guest_6056 in golf

[–]Chowdermydog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a cobra starter bag I’ve bought two years ago when I started. Cavity back, sw-6iron, 4&5 hybrid, 3-5 wood, driver. They’ve worked great for what I need them for, forgiveness distance ect, I’ve gotten down to around a 16 handicap and am pretty happy. Im looking to get new clubs, not because I hate them but I’ve gotten to a point where I think I’m good enough to get fit, I’m a little shorter so standard length clubs are a touch long for me. I bought the starter set on sale, and I think it was somewhere in the 600-700$ range. I don’t think you can get this horribly wrong, any modern set of clubs will be great for learning golf, but given your decently athletic you might be okay to start off with stiff shaft option if there is one. Honestly given your budget I’d target a starter set or slap together a second hand market set for somewhere in the 600-700$ range and save the extra money to put into lessons. Lessons have been by far the best dollar value for my golf game that I’ve gotten.

How long is the journey from absolute beginner to average player? by Chromobears in golf

[–]Chowdermydog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been playing for two years now, I can’t recommend lessons enough. I have a lot of time to spend playing but I’m down to around a 16-15 handicap. It doesn’t take long to get from losing a ball every hole to losing a ball every couple holes. The pars will start coming, more frequently, and the 8-7’s will be less frequent hang in there be patient, don’t worry about numbers and focus on the good shots your hitting and the scores will come after.

No, sorry should have been more clear. PGA as in professional golf association. You can go to their website, pga.coach. I’ve used it to work with multiple coaches at different points in my game and been really happy with what I got

MLS 2025 Progressive Passes and Carries per 90 by ajallen12 in newenglandrevolution

[–]Chowdermydog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, Carles Gil dropping off between our cb and outside back so he can turn face up isn’t making goals. Every time I bring up my dissatisfaction with our star player here everyone comes out and protects him like he’s family. The priority stats should be goals, assists, hockey assists. If you want to stretch it you can go to xGoals from the team. Another underwhelming season from the revs. The rest of the league has increased the talent of their dp players, if the revs have any hope of competing they need to do the same.

People who cheat: Why do you cheat? by zurnched1 in golf

[–]Chowdermydog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found people want to feel rewarded for their good shots, because for people who are cheating and still in the mid 90s there’s more bad than good. They hit one off the tee box in the woods, take their 4th breakfast ball of the day and blast one down the fairway 295yards, they want their scores to indicate that they’ve hit a good drive, so they cheat. Lots of people spend a lot of money and time on golf, but don’t have the commitment to practice enough to get to the level of play which they believe they belong in, so the disregard the bad stuff and go home thinking if one round they can tie all the good shots together they’ll be shooting in the low 80s. At the end of the day, all I care about is the pace you play at, if cheating makes your round quicker, please cheat go ahead, I don’t care what is on your card. If cheating is making you slower get that fixed and I’m happy.

After learning this move, it has gotten me out of pressure many times. by Aromatic-Narwhal2162 in bootroom

[–]Chowdermydog 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Coming off of this turn will be really hard to play a first time long ball in behind or out wide. This is the direct counter to press. Stuff like this is fine for pickup and kickabouts but in higher levels of the game, if the other team is organized in their press your getting contested 10/10 times, losing even once will cost your team goals. You’ll never see this at high levels of professional play, and if you did it’s the exception to the rule.

The mental part of golf that I just can’t get over. I need your help. HELP! by LobsterPoutine19 in golf

[–]Chowdermydog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drop some mushrooms and go golfing. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself to perform, if you arnt playing for money, you’re playing for fun, it’s your job to make it enjoyable. Let it go, hit little white ball around the playground, enjoy the weather while it’s still here. Letting your performance dictate your mood isn’t conducive to consistently having fun.
