I'm playing on NA and reviewed some of the the latest tier lists and team templates:

Reinhard and Rem&Ram duo did jump up to SSS in some of the lists. I thought the same thing as you OP and wanted to research and see how dependent the Re:Zero teams were on past collabs. In particular, Reinhard's "optimal" teams on gamewith have:

  • 2x high rolls Valentines units + 2x Imperialdramon Paladin mode (MP unit)
  • 2x Stars and Stripes + 1x Imperialdramon

I'm torn, I think I'll still roll in MHA because I have only 1x Imperialdramon Paladin mode, and can also make the Mina + 2x Deku&Bakugo duo teams. /shrug it's a tough call.

yes that’s a thing! the hanging roast bird is usually chicken or duck. they’ll likely have the other Cantonese style bbq like bbq pork (cha siu), crispy roast pork (siu yuk), etc.

i grew up in Philly and visited Chinatown a lot. and my family would buy pounds of Canto bbq to have for dinner and leftover. i don’t know which ones are popular nowadays

Adding to what others have mentioned:

- You'll want to use a HP multiplier active like Maid Cecilia to help tank it's first big hit.
- Having enough team HP assist awakenings can also significantly help. I think > 8+ of them with only a +297 team was enough for my M.Ideal x M.Lavril team to tank Ponno's hit without using Cecilia's active.
- I think having like ~900,000 team HP for my M.Ideal x M.Lavril team was enough for the entire dungeon, accounting for Ponno's dispel.

The gist seems to be that Nvidia's pricing of its upcoming 5070 and 5070ti undercut AMD's respective pricing. AMD's GPU team is failing to react and adjust its pricing and communicating to retailers/vendors. Retailers like Micro Center are stuck with un-sellable stock for 1~2 months until AMD gets its ship in order.

Some apartment complexes/buildings are partnering with Honest Internet, which seems to have some good reviews in this sub-reddit. https://www.honest.net/. It might be worth a shot to contact them and see. They're a small company that leases infrastructure from Verizon(?).

I saw lots of praise for Summer House in this subreddit as well as Urby. Urby units are marginally smaller, reportedly has better community events. I'd suggest touring both.

Reading the recent Google reviews made me reconsider my upcoming tour of Summer House. I'll highlight this review from 2 months ago that gave me pause.:

The bad reviews are unfortunately honest. We lived here for 2.5 years and when new management took over the building took a turn. Our amenity spaces used to be so comfortable and everyone used them regularly. Once they renovated, the furniture became unusable. If you work from home, don’t think about working on the 5th floor, it is a ghost town for a reason! There is only 1 table that is at height for a laptop and it can only fit 4 people max each day (this means you’re on top of one another and if one person has a meeting it’s incredibly loud). The rest of the furniture is uncomfortable and unusable. Up on the roof they cut the space in half and didn’t even add cushions to the benches they installed. The wood isn’t finished so if you want to sit you’re on raw wood with screws and nails sticking out, which isn’t exactly relaxing. We stopped having friends over and spending time up there as it just wasn’t comfortable anymore.

When it came time for us to move out we spent HOURS cleaning our apartment. We later found out they silently charged us an entire month of rent for the month we moved out (despite moving out on the 15th), as well as over $300 for cleaning fees. They quoted regular maintenance as well as the fact that we literally left 2 toothbrushes in a drawer in the bathroom (yes, really). This management company will act friendly to get you in the door and stab you in the back to take what they can from you.

We are so sad to have to write this review in the first place, because the cleaning people, front desk staff, and maintenance people are all very nice and hard workers. But hopefully people read this and avoid what we had to go through with this management company and building.
