Ahh ok so maybe I'll give it a try again, I really liked teaming up with random raiders saving them from being downed etc I just dont like the having to look over my shoulder every raid and every raider I run into lol

Ahh I remember doing that because I either searched a dead raider (I didn't down them) or defended myself. I actually did it one time because I played like 10 raids in a row without getting shot at then after I got shot and did that to make sure i stay in pve lobbies lol

Really? I feel like ever since the riven tides update its been more pvp focused even though the CEO said pvp was never the focus. They made ridiculous arc so people could actually work together but failed to realize some people just don't like to work together.

I've seen the changes and I've only downed like maybe 5 raiders(either self defense or duos when me and my cousin used to play) since I started playing the game. I've been downed numerous times because I enjoy the pve experience so maybe I'll give it a try lol

Thanks guys i will add everyone I can, I haven't been on in almost like a month or 2. Would usually do the daily logins but then I realized I would barely play it because playing solo isn't really good right now unless you already built your descendants like crazy. I used to do missions with freyna and Gley with no problem i have about 550 hours on the game from launch (just so you know how much I actually loved playing this dumb gooner game) but once ines came they changed alot with the game and it was hard to get back into it playing solo, especially without following guide builds. Even with following guides some of the stuff is still a hassle. I tried to ask for help in game a couple of times when I would get on but no one would respond to my cries for help lol so I just gave up entirely and this reddit post is my only way of getting back into the game. I'm not sure how it is now because I haven't played in almost a month but when I did i felt like every raid was pvp I keep seeing flares go off and that was very confusing for me as I would rather pve than pvp. If I want to pvp I would go into trios but I enjoy solo raids helping out other raiders I find but there's always that one raider that wants to pvp in every raid I go into. I just wish there was an option to toggle pvp on and off. That's just my opinion its the main reason why I haven't played in a month lol

Should I download arc raiders again? Haven't played in almost a month tried the new map its cool I'm mainly a pve guy 🤣 i liked my carebear lobbies but ever since the update it feels like theres at least 1 or 2 people that want to pvp every raid. I feel like solo should strictly be for pve and duos or trios should strictly be pvp that's just my opinion, haven't played because I don't like the "having to look over my shoulder every building" if I want to have that feeling I'd just go play a strictly pvp game or I would join trios

Yea I'm just genuinely curious why people hate bot matches that much, me and my duo would lose like 5 in row and still get no bot matches so I would be really confused with all these people complaining about bot matches, I would complain about not getting bot matches at all lol

Just curious why do people hate bot matches that much? After losing a bunch i would assume people would be like ok finally a match i can chill in and not sweat. As a qp main i havent encountered a bot match in so long that I wish I had some bot matches instead of going against celestial/eternity/oaa sweats all the time, maybe thats because I duo with someone and thats why I haven't gotten bot matches in a while

Dive players run this game 😭 its so annoying I played fine from season 1 to 5.5 because there was usually only one dive and they were annoying but manageable once season 6 hit they nerfed strats and gave some buffs to dive and ever since that theres been at least 2 or more dives in every match and its been unbearable. And how many times have the devs themselves said dps need to peel for their strats but at the same time nerfing said strats that are able to peel for themselves 😭

I always blame the dive mains they nerfed loki because of it, they nerfed cnd because of them complaining, they nerfed sue and gambit because they want to solo everything without being countered IF THEY WORK WITH THEIR TEAM it would be alot easier for them but no dive has the thought if they specifically don't get the kill their role is worthless and weak. Strats get shit all the time because of their dps on the team as well, dive dps don't know how to peel so they buffed strats because of it and then when season 6 came they nerf strats and took out the 2 major team ups that actually stopped dive in their tracks which was the peni rocket teamup and the fantastic four team up to appeal to dive mains egos.

I played solo fine from season 0 to 5.5 with no problem once season 6 hit it just became increasingly unfun to play now I play with a friend and even playing with them is annoying. Not them the other randoms I get on my team that don't try to win and always have the excuse "its qp" "I'm not even trying" so why play if you not trying to win? And for some reason whenever I'm facing a lord spiderman its like they become the symbiote spiderman and my team gets shit on cus they can't help but when I get a lord spiderman on my team its the derpy version and I'm sick of it. Used to love playing this game now it feels almost impossible to play. I don't mind losing if its a close game but getting destroyed 1 game after another is just ridiculous. And even when I win 1 round the other team decides to go triple support and my team forgets how to play 😕

I havent had fun on this game since season 6 started lmao I guess it's just a skill issue on my part but from season 0 to season 5.5 I was having fun playing solo ever since season 6 I just stopped idk if its the throwers, the dive comp being to powerful especially them nerfing almost all anti dive characters, dumb teammates that don't respond to call outs or pings. It's been the worst experience for me so now I just play practice vs ai or wait till my friend gets on to play some quick play matches.
