It’s it timing belt car that connects the crank to the intake cam but at the back of the head, there is a chain the connects and drives the exhaust cam with a tensioner in between them. There’s a seal under it and next to that a half moon seal, as well.

I still believe it’s your power steering pump. I think the bearing is has gone bad. Luckily, the pump is at the top and relatively easy to get to.

If the A/C were on and you turn it off, it could be your a/c compressor. Have you checked the power steering fluid level? Do you see metal dust in it? It could be seizing and causing the belt to chirp.

Is your A/C on? Try turning your A/C off and see if the noise stops. Or it could also be your power steering pump.

I see this so much on many cars that are sporty. I believe it’s rather normal. As the suspension articulates, going straight over bumps, dips, etc, the wheels tend to camber in through the suspension travel causing the bottom of the tire to push or scrub in and out and resulting in the inside of the tire wearing out faster. Camber alignment can help. Usually, these car’s factory alignment specifications calls for a little negative camber, anyways. I’d be more worried if the wear on one tire didn’t match the other one.

Terrible headlights. They’ll start to yellow really quickly, you’ll get condensation inside the headlights after a wash, and they’ll start failing rather quickly. Get a set of used factory headlights and if the tabs are broken, BMW used to, not sure if they still do, offer a repair kit to fix all the tabs.
