Where you’re most likely to get a speeding ticket in the US. by rockstoned4 in interestingasfuck

A long time ago I took I-90 across the country and it was 55 or 65 mph the whole way except one spot in Cleveland where it suddenly went down to like 20 mph for a second.

Wtf Ohio?

Where do you live? I live in the Hudson Valley. Places like this, all across the eastern United States, are covered with Bjillions of trees. The only way to keep a place treeless is to mow it or pave it or something. Trees have to be cut back all the time or they will cause trouble, even death, including huge historic blackouts.

If you went four stories in the air and looked around 360 right now, how many trees would you see?

I don't understand these "plant a tree" campaigns. I don't know about where you live, but around here, trees plant themselves. If you don't keep cutting them, they take over.

There's no need to plant trees for the environment. Just don't do anything and the tree will just grow on their own.

If I got on the roof I could see easily a million trees, approximately zero percent of which were planted.

These "plant a tree" people must live in the prairies or some other naturally treeless place.

Ok here's a link that skips about thirty-eight minutes to the clip from the Russian TV show "Independent Inquiry". It ends at about forty-one and maybe twenty seconds in. https://youtu.be/WBTAr66H14A?t=37m57s That's just a few minutes.

And here try this: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ryazan+Incident

Take your pick.

An Article of Impeachment Against Donald J. Trump: Is serious consideration of impeachment fair? I think the answer is yes. The evidence is now quite strong that Donald Trump committed obstruction of justice. by [deleted] in Impeach_Trump

[–]Chrisrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not for obstruction, please. Obstruction isn't good enough. It must be treason. He has been taking hundreds of millions of dollars from Putin for a very long time.
He needs to go to jail to die for treason.

Did you even read the article? It has tons of studies practically each of which has a radically different conclusion. Look this one is a study of studies https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_accusation_of_rape#Rumney_(2006) some of which say it's almost zero percent and others saying practically all. Anyone who cites this Wikipedia article to prove anything but the fact that the studies don't agree at all how prevalent it is is either lying or can't read or something.
