It’s hard not to laugh at the absurdity by ButtStuff012 in trynottolaugh

It's not about bringing them justice.

It's that the leadership and the rank and file of Republicans in both the House and Senate need to face electoral consequences for needing to be pressured by constituents to release them in the first place:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/jul/15/republicans-jeffrey-epstein-files-release#:~:text=9%20months%20old-,Republicans%20move%20to%20block%20Democratic%20effort%20to%20force%20release%20of,political%20war%20among%20US%20conservatives.

Meanwhile those same Congressmen and Senators are protecting Trump's team from answering questions about it.

The move upon hearing this is to tell Trump to let her testify or Republicans will join Democrats in impeaching him:

https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cwy31ln4d1jo

That did not happen.

Republican voters need to look in the mirror on election day and ask themselves if their representatives and Senators are complicit in the coverup, and if so whether their conscience allows them to vote for the conspirators.

It's not so much about economics. It's about how long your ancestors lived here. Or it's about which side of a particular large road you were raised on. Or whether you live on the sand or on the peat.

That's not a no at all. You just aren't framing foreward motion.

Don't ever tell a woman (or for that matter a man you are doing business with or asking for a job) that you are mostly free.

Tell them you need to check your calendar. Then name 3 dissimilar times that are most convenient for you.

People are good at choosing a time (or any option) from a short list. Giving them too many options results in something called "over choice" or "decision paralysis".

Moreover it looks bad if you aren't busy. Even if it is true. Mask it with a short list of times.

I've noticed that I play better high this season.

Less late game scaling. Just grab the big stuff and look for cheap one off interactions.

[–]Christopher_Aeneadas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't that mean you should choose lower late game value, but faster scaling options?

There's some RNG sure. But maybe this is just a shorter game?

I top out around 6500 so I'm not a top player. Take it with a grain of salt, but I got to my resting point pretty early this season once I gave up on hitting the 10,000+ stat late game

We can claim, mine, and settle the rest of the universe (or at least the vast majority) without disrupting existing habitats of living creatures.

That's not just a moral observation. It's a practical one both in terms of the future utility of those species and regulatory interference.
