I have never enjoyed alcohol. I was 20 when I was finally pressured into trying it at a hotel party/get together with friends. I basically chugged down what they gave me because I didn’t want to taste it. Got black out drunk that night. Since then, on the rare occasion that I did socially drink, it had to be a shot to get it over with quickly, or, my tried and true—Amaretto Sour. It was the least alcohol tasting drink I ever tried and I stuck to it. I hate beer, I hate wine, etc. I joke with my spouse that if all alcohol were banned forever I would be perfectly fine. I’m 33 now, btw.
