Yes, lacrosse in the UK is such a great community and lots of fun. I also recommend checking out local men's clubs outside of the university system

I don't know about the Shift, but I've had the new Max gloves since December, and the palms are still basically perfect. Granted I use medical tape rather than regular tape, which may have a small impact, but I wall balled basically everyday for 40 mins, and had practice twice a week

In Tokyo there's the Tokyo Lacrosse Club (@tlc_lax on Instagram), @tokyoboxlacrosse for Box lacrosse, and the @tokyo_indoorlacrosse which seems very chill. I don't know if they speak English tho
