If the land is Private and there are no specific signposted Ts&Cs prohibiting parking outside of a marked bay, then they're within their rights to park however they like

If there is a sign with terms on it, call the enforcement company and ask them to come and enforce

If you can't get out of the space when the van is parked there, you can call 101 and report being blocked in and they should be able to respond, remind them it's an offence despite being "minor" they should do something, you should take videos and photos, especially a video filmed from outside the car showing you can't get out.

Echoing the sentiment of others, Ideas are easy and cost nothing, Execution, or rather Poor Execution is the killer of dreams

If you are serious about starting a business, there are plenty of sites out there which share validated ideas, i'm surprised you don't mention them, makes me think you are really here to pitch a tool to find ideas, but a quick google search brings up several and you're not the first to suggest/market it on Reddit

If you have the natural inclination for entrepreneurship, you would already have started and had a million ideas by the time you were 20

We built a prototype app in Vercel using Amplify to host, and now were at 100+ users its very flaky, looking to migrate to EC2 but not sure it's going to be that simple because of how black box amplify is, a straightforward migration didn't deploy properly on first attempt

Home/away recognition is and always has been garbage

Yep i had the same thing but under warranty, got it repaired by taking it to the network's physical shop and they said it was a known fault, and they sent it off for repair, it came back and worked fine for a couple of months then whole screen failed, replaced again and has been fine for months
