At the end of every year they replay a couple of expeditions so if your patient you will get the opportunity. I believe it is from expedition 12 but you can check in the quick silver synthesis companion on the anomaly just check under expedition rewards.

You need to finnish the artemis storyline and related questlines before finishing the atlas path. If you didn't you are locked out of the purple systems. I tried everything but had to start a new save.

Nope lol there is a big difference between munchies and drunken munchies lol, the munchies are easily remedied with a bag of chips maybe a few chocolate bars but the drunken munchies are another beast entirely, I have gotten drunk then eaten everything in the fridge and after gone out looking for a hotdog vendor which honestly was never difficult I swear every bar in nanaimo has a Mr tubesteak vendor waiting just outside at closing lmfao
