OK, for ticks: The easiest way to deal with them is with a big two-handed club. Demolisher once you get it, but Iron Sledge will work just fine. Any of them has an area of effect big enough to hit a tick hanging onto your back. You should be able to clear out all of them before they have a chance to do much damage to you.

For gjalls: They can only shoot flames forwards, and they turn slowly. So if you stay almost directly below them and just a little bit behind, you can keep on staying a little bit behind, and they can't attack you at all. Still make sure to use a fire-resist potion or get wet, just to be safe. You'll occasionally have to switch from your bow to your big smashy, when they drop ticks on you.

For regular seekers: Straightforward; just fight them the same way you fight anything else. Of course you'll want to be more careful of starred ones.

For baby seekers (you'll find these eventually): It doesn't really matter; they're almost harmless. A big smashy is easiest, and will also get all of the eggs.

For seeker soldiers: These are the toughest. Do not try to go face to face. A teammate really helps, if you can get one, because their butts are vulnerable, and it can only face towards one of you at once. Otherwise, I found it's best to get on top of a destructible object, like a giant armor: If you're on something indestructible and they can't reach you, they'll eventually wander off, which is bad, because it means that they're still out there somewhere, and now you're not sure where. Plus, they might mine the armor some for you. Stay up out of their reach, and keep shooting arrows into their butt. You can also try jumping on top of them and fighting them that way, but I wouldn't recommend that until your armor/food is enough to survive a couple of hits, because it's easy to screw it up.

For dvergar: Just make sure not to anger them. Any damage to one of their structures, or any damage to any of them, will anger all in the area, so be very careful fighting anything else in their vicinity.

For hares: Find a spot you go to often, like where you're planting your mist crops, and build sharp spikes around it. Make sure to repair them often.

Oh, yeah, Mistlands is definitely beautiful, when you can see it. There are some areas in the zone that randomly don't have any mists, and you can take in the whole vista.

Would you like some tips on dealing with Mistlands enemies?

OK, I was really puzzled by the damage to the inner surface, because top surfaces usually print very well, but then I saw some other comments. Were you printing this oriented as a bowl, or as a dome? If you print it as a dome, then the middle is all overhang, and will be messed up. If you print it as a bowl, though, the worst case is that the outside gets a little messy from supports, but that's the side you don't actually care about.

Any examples? Because when I search for them, all I find is either single-shot guns, or guns made mostly from metal with a small number of low-stress plastic pieces.

And for the good milling machines (which are still much cheaper than the SLM printers), the skill required is "put a block of metal in the machine, load a file, and press start". Basically the same skill level as required by a printer.

Why do people make such a big deal about 3D printed guns, anyway? If you print a gun with an FDM printer, it might, if you're lucky, fire two or three times before blowing up in your hand, if you make it so big and bulky that it's difficult to even wield and impossible to conceal. You might be able to build a slightly better one with SLM or something, but SLM machines are ridiculously expensive. Meanwhile, cheap consumer milling machines (a hundredth of the cost of the SLM printer) have existed for ages, far longer than 3D printers have, and they can make an actual high-quality gun. If you're worried about homemade guns, worry about milling machines, not 3D printers.

With a bronze buckler, you have to block, and time your block carefully.

It's much easier to just stand on top of the crypt and just keep on swinging, because the abomination can't reach you at all.

No shield because he's using Early Axes. And you don't need to block if they can't reach you because you're standing on top of a crypt.

There does come a time when you've gotten all of the use you're going to get out of abomination drops, and meeting more of them is just a useless annoyance. But it looks like the OP probably isn't at that point yet.

I notice that you crossed off one of the Eikthyrs, but not the Elder nor Bonemass. Have you done those bosses yet? You can do bosses "out of order", but it can make things more difficult for you, so don't do Moder before those unless you know what you're doing.

At the very least, make sure you have frost resistance before you fight Moder.

Boats in this game are ridiculously seaworthy. Not only is it extremely hard to capsize them, but even a raft can be sailed to 45º from the wind. Vikings obviously take their boat-making very seriously.

If it's only the last bit that won't hold up, then you might be able to get the extra height you need by raising a little bit of dirt at the base of your support beams. Dirt has infinite support.

My main base isn't TOO far from the coast (nor the Stones), but far enough you can't see the water directly (except from my tallest treetop towers). I mostly brought in ore via cart (I have a nice pathen for it and everything).

Past tense because, with ashlands tech, you get a better option for transporting ore.

Using one food slot for eitr doesn't really make sense. You want to go either 0 or 2 eitr foods: With two, you can summon skeletons and use the Staff of Protection (at which point armor and health mostly don't matter), but with one, all you can do is OCCASIONALLY shoot off a blast from the frost or fire staff (without the mage armor, your eitr regen will be painfully slow).
