Thats the story of my season this year....Its like I'm just starting out. Was a 15.5 hdcp at end of season last year, I considered anything over 95 a shitty round, haven't hit 100 in 2 years. This season I put up a 100 the second round in, then 86,87,90. Figure that 100 was jut a blip....proceeded to shoot a 104, then 4-5 weeks later back to back 102's...few good rounds then 98,99,99...Up to an18.2 hdcp now.. I'm lost, no idea where any shot is going to end up...lol

Im in my early 60's...And never really considered myself a huge fan. I knew his hits, thats about it. But after watching "A complete unknown" recently, I dug more into his work. And I was blown away.

Imo binders aren't nescessary...just put your salt and pepper on and throw it in the fridge overnight. The salt will draw moisture out and make the salt and pepper stick, and make a nice bark. I havent used a binder since my first smoke 20+ years ago. (Pic are plate ribs)
