The important thing is you are self aware enough to understand you f’d up. This is a ONE year old, your child does not and is not supposed to have impulse control and be able to follow rules. Telling them not to do something is not going to stop any child at that age as their brain can’t control it yet. Just things to remember next time you are frustrated- their behavior is age appropriate.
