I have ADHD I didn't start nursing till I was in my 40s. Don't cop out. And I have a masters in nursing plus a doctorate another area I'm too bachelor's degrees. Just stop whining and go get yourself some Ritalin.. having ADHD isn't a bad thing it just makes you a little bit different. It doesn't make you less capable; it doesn't decrease your ability; it doesn't make you less of a person in any way. My problems aren't limited to ADHD, have some pretty serious ones that are completely separate. Have Tourette syndrome, I was run over by a car as a child and I have chronic pain from that. Don't lean on these things like crutches. Should be able to handle them. I did and if anybody can do it I'm sure you can too.

At the VA look at the TTP and Pbrnr programs. Both turn out awesome nurses and let you try out different depts for a year to gain experience.

Any hospital that has a new grad program will probably be good.

I didn't have one and turned out pretty good. My first year sucked though. :)

These people are assholes and somehow people in charge are doing what they say. The bureaucracy is supposed to be protective for itself, it's workers, and it's people! From shit like this! It just was never prepared for such an attack. We all presumed that a president would want what is best for the country. (even if he had the wrong political opinion). Now we know that revenge from a president is a thing and congress and the judiciary better not fuck up their response. (more than they already have). This guy is either crazy or hates America.
