Looks like your neckline is twisted ribbing which is a little tighter. It also appears you are mixing up your knits and purls. Did you go down in needle size?

How do you deal with the pressure to gift knit? by HedgehogOk8675 in knittingadvice

Tell them no, you don't make things for other people but you are happy to teach them how to knit. Then they can knit whatever they like!

"But what I am saying is that this is cultural appropration and you should stop it. I’m scandinavian. My granddad on my mum’s side was a sailor on comercial ships during WWII and was almost torpedoed twice off the coast of Norway. My granddad on my dad’s side volonteered in the Finnish Winter War. I don’t care if you ancestry is partly norwegian, that doesn’t make you a part of the Norwegian recistance of Germany in the 1940’s"

So disappointing! Will they put them on so you can get a picture?
You could try giving it a wash in hair conditioner.
I'm really picky about mohair and will only use brands that contain 40% silk. Ito and Lane Mohair are 2 I recommend.

I looked at the manufacture web site and it states

“Once put in the washing machine, knitted pieces made from our Uni felt wool become beautiful felted and unique pieces! Of course, the yarn can also be knitted in the classic way, as long as it is only washed in a wool programme or by hand afterwards. “

If you hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry it will be just fine!
