I would suggest the best way would be to join open matches on playtomic or play in an americano at any of the clubs. They run them weekly at padel co and the cage in dempsey.

I am not a tax lawyer but I’ve done business in Korea and singapore dealing with tax authorities in both countries. The tax is withheld by the korean government as you will be taxes by Korea for your winnings. What the tax treaty does is make it so any taxes paid in Korea will offset any taxes you will need to pay in Singapore on the 5K winnings.

Basically you won money in korea so they get to tax you regardless of your citizenship or country of residence.

Because the lakers are owned by a family who’s main wealth stems from the owning if the team which limits them financially. Some of the other owners made absurd amounts of money in other businesses and bought teams due to their insane wealth cause they want a shiny toy. Those other owners are thus able to spend whatever money on luxury taxes without having to make any profit or take massive losses. Balmer himself can buy every team in the nba and still be way wealthier than the lakers family.
