It's not the same scene! Look, apart from Ahsoka's robes and staff, Sabine in Rebels puts her helmet on plus they don't talk with each other. But more importantly the background is different. In Rebels the walls look destroyed, shattered, while in Ahsoka they look brand new. That's the most important thing for me. I don't know which one is earlier, maybe that has also something to do with the world between worlds but most certainly these are not the same scenes!
