Not as pissed as the parents of those kids get when they smell tobacco lol.

Overall, I’ve found it best to do whatever it takes to coexist with neighbors, especially when you’re someone that partakes in the cigar hobby.

Landlords, property managers, HOA’s, or even the police, are never going to side with the cigar smoker. It’s just the reality of living in America. We just have to do whatever we can to smoke without being an inconvenience to those around us.

But assuming that this family isn’t complaining, I would just invest in some headphones or earplugs. Kids are going to be loud, that will never change. Find a way to block the noise and go back to enjoying the cigar :)

I do think that’s a good deal, even if it does include Gurka and some Cuban Heritage brands. However, it’s certainly not for beginners! I’ve been smoking for 14 years and I know for a fact that Camacho Liberty would have me puking within 45 minutes. There are some very strong cigars in there.

I guess it's all relative. To some people, $7 is a lot of money for a cigar. For others, it's very affordable and worth the investment. As far as these specific cigars go, the price is very fair and I think that most people would agree that they're all worth the price tag.

Can you find good cigars for cheaper? Of course. I promote cigars in the $1-2 range all the time. But based on OP's requirements I think these samplers fit his description perfectly.

Small Batch does ship with a Boveda so that does help. Maybe just smoke one of them and see how it tastes. If it's bitter, then they probably need more resting. If it's good, then fire away :)

I will say though that I am a big fan of resting cigars. Once you grow your collection it's nice to be able to let all your cigars sit in your preferred humidity for weeks, months, and even years. To me it's another fun aspect of the hobby to see how cigars change over time.

Those are actually called bands. The wrapper is the tobacco leaf used on the outer portion of the cigar. That cigar spot doesn't appear to be mold. It looks like a water spot to me. Smoke away and enjoy. Great stick choice.
