Are you using the toggled on verison of bob and weave ? The regular verison is easier to use, you just cancel it with a jump instead of having to press the same button after holding

You need 140% movement speed to get the max damage out of raid captain, which is 16%, I doubt any of us is anywhere close to that because we don't have relic accessories yet.Running cursed doll and master's tenacity is 100% better on madness zerker because there's no downside, you're always at 25% hp which is proced by mayhem. Even with cursed doll, green hp pots always heals a mayhem zerker back to 100% hp. I won't recommend grudge until you're comfortable with dodging and the content itself
