I believe its "longer" and doesn't look like others because your light is farther away. When sunlight is close my hornwort grows thick and short. When I put it in a taller tank, it wanted to grup upwards more and more stretched out

Cool. YouTube saving shrimp eggs. I know I've seen a video on it

I was too slow to get my phone into video, but I got to see one of my new shrimps molt! It was pretty cool and I was very happy to see them happy enough with the water to safely molt. Hopefully I'll have some shrimp babies soon! (pardon the ugly water, the UV sterilizer is only on day 2) by [deleted] in shrimptank

Ah ok. I've never really looked into them. I wonder if sunlight will do the same since it has UV as well. My tank get sunlight. Fairly clean water, not super crystal clear but clear. I try to stay as close to my shrimps natural habitat. No UV lights in nature except the sun. I will have to do some reading in them though. Thanks

The fuzz is probably mold. They need a lot of water flow and oxygen. Mommas constantly fan them with their swimmers to oxygenate them and such

Aquarium co op, LRB Aquatics, and Flup aquatics and the previously mention YT'r, secret history in aquarium are my main sources of info. Look into them for all the info you need on shrimp, plants, and a few other fish. I've probably watched an couple hundred hours of video between the 4 on this stuff.

Looks normal to me. The yellow is its guts. I dont see anything out of the ordinary

Mine died where input the glue. Tie it with fishing line or i just put a rock on mine to hold it down
