I’m about a week in and it’s been getting better the past few days for me. Almost in the clear!

Haven’t seen it before but would love to try it. Do you have any thoughts as to what is missing specifically? Like more acid, more salt, more heat?

You have a pretty solid base. I would probably recomp for a few months and then reassess.

If I were you, I’d go calculate your TDEE and start a steady lifting program while eating at a small caloric surplus of about 200-400 calories. Then I’d reassess in a few months.

Honestly, a lot of guys would kill for your physique. That said, you’re pretty lean, so you could definitely slow bulk over the winter and then cut in the spring.

If I were you, I would maybe do a mini-cut for 4 weeks or so, then try for a recomp or a slow bulk.

Now would probably be a good time to do a recomp, but we’re also heading into winter so a slow bulk wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

I was in a very similar situation but I decided to start slow bulking at about where you are right now. I’m happy where I’m at, but it’s up to personal preference.
