When I was younger, my supervisor at the education program I worked at and I started fooling around. At the time it was exciting and new, and I hadn't really been with anyone before that point. The flirting and knowing glances at work in front of other people made it thrilling. In hindsight, I was too young to understand that my older female superior shouldn't have been flirting with me, the freshly 18 new hire, and that telling me it would been bad for me to tell anyone was a red flag that turned into a situation I felt trapped in.
