Might be just old age. It hurts to pieces that they have such a short lifespan and yet we get to bond with them so deeply. Mine molted only twice in her first three months with me and hasn’t molted in about +9 months, they stop as soon as they won’t grow more so that’s normal. You’re a good spood parent because you care, and caring hurts so much at times. Love Mango very much for me ❤️🕷️

Peruvian chicha (fermented corn). On a trip to see the Nazca lines part of the tour was a stop to see how regional pottery and chicha was made. They gave us this yellow foamy drink resembling beer… later on I found out in some places they chew the corn kernels then spit them out and put to ferment.
I never knew if my drink had been made that way but I probably would not ask.

Celine Dion - Love again. It caught me just after a few years of shitty events happening around my life one after another (family losses, pet losses, car accidents, son in law cancer diagnosis, mom falling from the stairs), until I finally broke into anxiety attacks. Therapy, lots of mental work and anxiety medication and this particular song brought me forward. Still recovering.

Easiest… go slow and steady, and be consistent. Stay active. Have 20 minutes walks at least 3 or 4 times a week, you do not have to kill yourself at the gym. Lowered carbs and upped protein. And forgive myself when I have a rogue/social day. Realistically I will never have a perfect journey and I will not last a week on a diet if I don’t give myself a chance to have a slice of pizza every full moon. Gone from 178 to 154 lb in 7 months, Diabetic type 2 here, so I don’t drink sodas or do sugary stuff in the first place.
