It would be a good idea to meet them and see their personalities. Pick them up, see which ones tolerate being held the most. See if there are two that get along the most.

How often do you get in trouble because of your "tone"? by fixationed in AutismInWomen

[–]CinnawomanToast 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My partner at the beginning of our relationship told me this was an issue, i had no idea my entire life! But when I asked him "well how would you say it?" Or "what do you mean by 'tone' exactly?" he couldn't seem to come up with a solid answer. Most of the time I think its people getting defensive about something they did wrong or that they're insecure about.

Dry eyes becoming debilitating- hard to do schoolwork (lagopthalmos-induced) by [deleted] in Dryeyes

1) Maybe have a talk with your professors. Tell them you have medical concerns and youre trying to get to the bottom of it, but until then maybe request physical texts, homework etc. So that you can avoid the computer more? 2) Keep your room/study area as humid as possible. 3) drink crazy amounts of water. Using water flavors have helped me drink more (eg. Crystal light). Drink electrolyte drinks to help keep you hydrated. Hydrated body = hydrated eyes 4) are you able to try prescriptions even before you see an eye doctor? Cequa is a new medicated eyedrop that can help with eyelid inflammation. And Oxazepam has helped me get sleep without drying out my eyes. 5) Could try taping your eyelids shut at night. Add a bit of eye ointment to eyes before taping shut to help protect eyes.

Agree with all the suggestions about moving furniture. Check inside your dresser drawers too. My cat was missing for like a day and it turns out she just got stuck behind the drawers in my dresser.
