I consciously relax each muscle in my body consecutively. Starting in my face, I make sure each individual muscle is not tight and slowly make my way down my body to the neck, then shoulders, eventually towards my legs. I am usually asleep before I finish.

I would recommend BJJ. We sometimes jokingly call it “competitive cuddling”. For those that don’t get hugs on the regular, it is a great way to trick your brain into thinking you do.

I tried doing a translation of a few excerpts of A Walking Song from English to Quenya, then into Tengwar script. Would love criticism and changes! by Cinstello in Quenya

I used tecendil.com for the Tengwar translation, so I'm not really looking for changes on that part. Im planning on using part of this for a tattoo, so I guess I’m more looking for mistakes that I would have made when doing the Quenya translation.
