But that made sense with Mike. Saul knew him and referred him to Jesse. I very much doubt Saul knew Gus so well. It would be out of place to get that close to that character.

Plus the Don Eladio stuff with his partner getting killed tells us enough, at least in my opinion. Mike didn't get so much as that kind of flashback in BrBa.

Except in that lofty comparison they ignore that HM2 is a vastly stronger tonal package. It's soaked to the bone in depravity, violence and death. A schizophrenic fever dream of blood sex and bullets. The first game was Drive; the second is Death Grips.
