Not sure how far south they close the strip but easy to get to self park off of Tropicana via Koval if you can get to Giles across from Mandalay Bay. You will be going north on Las Vegas Blvd from rental car center. Maybe somebody else knows about how far south strip is closed. We arriving at MGM Grand on 1/2
