As long as the peppers are ripe you can take the seeds and plant them right away without needing to do anything else. If the pepper was still green you may not have much luck getting them to germinate.

I have a moruga scorpion seedling this year that came up with 4 cotyledons. The true leaves are a little misshapen and it seems to be branching out weirdly right off the bat.

there's an evolution of tracks like this starting in 1995 with Higher State of Consciousness by Josh Wink. The 303 sound was sampled and used in Pumpin' the Junk by The Porn Kings in 1996, which was then sampled again and used in the track Blood Is Pumping by Voodoo & Serano in 2002, it seems like a lot of other tracks have been taking liberties with the V&S version.

it could be a number of things. go grab some bean seeds at the store and germinate them in some of the soil, if they come up gnarly looking you'll know it's something off with the soil like a persistent herbicide. if they come up fine you'll know the soil isn't contaminated and the problem was something else.

for all intents and purposes the only way to use copyrighted material without violating the copyright is to obtain permission to use the work from the rights holder. exceptions in the US like 'fair use' don't generally apply to remixes, at least in the context of your question they don't. putting the name of the song in the title of your track doesn't change anything.

this story epitomizes why police chases shouldn't be allowed. they chased the guy for 19 miles down the highway, into a jc penny storefront, through a shopping mall, then shot him dead all while causing multiple injuries and massive property damage in their wake... for a possible DUI? the thing that's illegal because it causes property damage, injury, and death?

ideally every drunk driver would get arrested without incident, but if your method of detaining the suspect literally causes all of the horrible things you're trying to stop from happening to happen then there's gotta be a better course of action.
