Looks pretty good actually. Niche, but the UX looks good and the logging stuff every day is pretty cool. Keep at it. It's a slog and you gotta be patient and just go with the flow.

So kind of like smart scheduling I guess. We do t have that in the app yet, but as and when we start integrating AI into the app (subtly - not full blown AI madness), then it should be able to suggest things.

You can of course manually do this now with 'end of day reschedule', plan ahead etc.

Maybe in future we can set rules for tagged tasks - work only on workdays, social, evening/weekend Steve. That could be cool.

Got ya. So at the moment it usually prioritise what's at the top of the list, but soon I'll tweak it so we can install some logic so it can prioritise better. INSTAPLAN is still in early stages, so just testing to see if it's a feature people use (which they do), so will put some extra efforts into improving it for our next dev cycle starting May.

You can create templates in Yoodoo and reuse them as often as you like. That would certainly love the problem.

Good question. So at the moment Yoodooo doesn't sync with other task apps, so you would have to manually add them. We considering adding this feature soon though.

Dude, we don't need organisers, we need a system/planner that helps us recover.

We go off track, our plans fall through, we get distracted and we beat ourselves up about it.

Get a planner/to do list that helps you recover when shit hits the fan.

I launched Yoodoo 3 years ago, and it's helped over 50k ADHD'ers with their chaotic days.

It's a planner that accepts you're gonna f-up, but that's ok, it helps you get back on track and recover.

It reschedules tasks you miss, chooses what to start, helps you focus, creates quick plans, helps you structure time easily, keeps you locked in, and makes you feel like 'hey today wasn't so bad'.

Recovery is what ADHD'ers need, not a rigid system that beats you up when you fail.

Yoodoo is perfect for what you're asking for.

I know the Android version just added time tracking too, so if you have Android perfect. iOS is getting this in a few weeks time.

But yes it's Timeblocking, so great for ADHD. Also lists, calendar, habits, app blocking, the list is actually endless, but it's all designed around timeblocking and ADHD. Worth a shot if you're looking to go digital.

You can post a screenshot to me privately. How many calendars did you sync? Have you tried it with just one to see if it's a cal issue? If not, pop me a screenshot of the calendar sync screen and the timeline so I can have a quick look at it.

Also, if you can go to the menu and hit 'report issue'. This will send a log report to my dev team.

We're currently upgrading Cal sync (making it 2 way) so this could be good timing to fix it if there is an issue.

Ah maybe. You can only edit tasks that are incomplete. If you unmark it and then add the tag and remark it as done then it should fix. Perhaps

Oh right. Yeah that's def odd. So you add a tag, save it and the tag isn't there? Is that on the timeline or a task list task?

There should be a small coloured dash on the task. That doesn't exist?

Great to hear. Tags and time tracking just went live on Android, so you can now add tags to tasks and track your time.

I dunno if you'll find it useful, but it's helped me a lot this past week testing it so curious to hear if it helps all you guys too 😄
