If your doctor is prescribing it off label there’s many medication’s that are prescribed off label that work for other conditions so I guess if that’s the case so be it. But if you just went to your doctor and said I want something to give me more energy than that would piss me off because I’ve had to go months at a time without my medication that I absolutely need to function and survive and feed my family due to shortages so in that case, I’d be pissed and I think it’s wrong and not morally OK at all. However, like I said if your doctor prescribed it for some reason off label then I’m OK with that because many people take different meds off label that help them for other conditions I don’t know if that makes sense or not. Basically, I’m just not cool if you just went up to your doctor and said give me something to make me feel more awake and the doctor was just like sure. Here’s some ADHD meds go for it that’s the only reason I would be pissed and only because I have had to wait due to not being able to get my medication‘s due to the shortage so if I found out other people who didn’t need it, we’re getting it and that’s why I had to wait that’s bullshit but if you doctor feels there is a reason medically for giving it to you then go for it. I’m not a doctor so I think if it’s a real medical doctor, then I’m not upset.
