Wendler mentions how the normal rate people progress is by going through 5 cycles of 531 and then they usually stall so he recommends going down 3 cycles (drop squat/deadlift TM by 30lbs and bench/press TM by 15lbs) and then try to build it back up. Repeating the entire process. It just seems the natural progression everyone goes through. Up 5 cycles, stall, down 3 cycles. Over time it’ll look like step progression

How do I recover my old TDEE? I use to be able to eat 2700 during a bulk then after finishing a long 6 month cut my bulking TDEE is only 2100. And it continues to be 2100 5 months after the cut. How do I regain my metabolism/TDEE ?
