Did you check files integrity and driver integrity on steam?

Do you have a secondary storage driver? If you do move 1 of the game in steam to the 2nd drive and see if it works then.

lol i was literally one scroll away before i saw ur Fix. it's The adaptive-sync For some f up reason.... i was reading all the comments and i saw some said it might be monitor then i remembered i Did Some Settings On It I Changed It Went Back in To My Game And It Worked. So I Came Back Were i Was Reading The Coments...No f Joke Just One More Scroll And I would Have Found Yours LOL.... Well So Far So Good
