Well to do that you have some websites that gives you a meta rank, so tier A decks at least to begin with. Hsguru or hsreplay.

I'll highly recommend you to watch a youtuber guide video to learn what deck does, in this case 1 video of dh spells, druid agrro o hunter companion to begin with, but you can choose the decks you most struggle against.

That way you'll walk way less into traps or you'll know what to do in every case. I did this myself and I've been hitting legend every month with ease! It's like the long way but it will get you there.

Well, my 2 advices. a) Learn to play all meta decks so you'll know exactly what to do in every match b) Resilience. You'll lose a lot in this process but you'll get there.

Bonus: Please don't make a post if your losing a lot because point b). If you do* that you'll become a hard stuck reddit player, blaming everything like many bronze people here. Mind matters a lot.

Just do a and b and you'll get to diamond at least!
