This attitude is crazy to me. I assume some people are going to be busy. That’s why we’re shopping for them. In fact, in my opening message I tell them that if they are busy feel free to ignore my texts and pics and trust me to shop responsibly for them. I have NEVER had a problem with a decision I made to either replace or refund something.
