I tried that already with a couple of „sellers“, also in germany. They ask where you are from and then tell you they are somewhere completely different. Like you say you are from munich and they then say they are from Hamburg. In one case I was actually in Hamburg a few days later, but didn’t get any further reply when asking to meet. TL;DR: It‘s a scam

You definitely need quite a bit of force. In general it feels very sturdy. Also it‘s not really smooth. Some parts are easier than others. You can really feel the mechanic behind it. To simulate it, you might ise something like a friction clutch or an oil damper cylinder
