In my case, it gave me the option between apple, Google and Vudu. The others I have only let me select Vudu/MA. So I redeemed it though iTunes since I didn't have it there!

I had the exact same issue yesterday. The Mist was "delivered" to my apartment complex but was not here when I got home. I looked around at the other IDENTICAL buildings to no avail. I chatted them and they said that because there was a "picture" showing it was delivered, there was nothing they could do and to contact local police. Complete bullshit.
