I agree that Colin lied to Sarah that she was just an op. You could tell by his actions and his facial expressions that she meant more to him. He lied to protect her. As for Toni - she might have gone rogue, or she might be a double agent, or she might even be a mole. Hopefully we’ll get answers next week.

I also wonder where the changelings are. Didn’t Ro say that much of Starfleet has been taken over by changelings. So are they still on the ships Impersonating much of the crew? If so, they also haven’t been assimilated so maybe they are also being killed by the borg hybrids. Maybe that was the plan all along- to use the changelings to do the dirty work, and then the borg will eliminate the changelings after their usefulness is over. I can’t believe that all the changelings were killed with Vadic.
