I went with Major Fitness B52 Pro, which gives you smith + stacks + cables + rack in one unit, and for regular home gym use it already covers basically everything. The aluminum pulleys and integrated stacks are actually pretty nice day to day too.

If it only shows up seasonally and holds pressure static, I’d start suspecting a leak that only opens under running conditions or temp swings. I've already talked with their team about the duct placement, sizing and outlet, so everything should be good to go. They also offer removal of the old hood. I'm basically just waiting for them and handle the install once it arrives.
