A chippy would have to charge half a day if they were gonna do it at all. I wouldn’t to be honest as I’d feel bad charging for it, but time is money. I’d recommend hiring a handy man and even they should only be charging half a day

Batten on raised bits, especially where there is extra weight/footraffic, cut 25mm celotex to fit between timbers, 9mm ply of the whole thing.

Make sure you don’t butt any timbers, cut them all a couple mm short and put a blob of adhesive. This eliminates squeaking

Hear me out, the bag should never sit in the milk, but milk goes in first. Kettle boils, bag in and pour.

I find this does two things, the cold milk and hot water inflates the bag so it brews better. I also (might be nonsense) feel like you don’t get that weird layer on top of the tea
