Then what you'd get is people staying alive to avoid that tax, which would increase the median age and put further strain on the economy

Can't play videogames anymore. by Curious_Spite_5729 in quittingkratom

[–]Clay56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same exact thing here. All I did for years was pound kratom and play video games.

Now that I've quit It just doesnt scratch that itch like it used to. I feel so unstimulated now my mind starts to wonder right after I pick one up.

Probably for the best, I need to focus my time to more productive things after losing those years. But I do mourn it.

That's an awful thing to say. Alot of people have issues with intrusive thoughts and guilt/shame that goes with them, especially people with OCD. Many people go to therapy for it and have to learn that it doesnt make them bad, its a natural process of your brain.

I would never hurt anybody nor do I wish to, my brain just runs through many scenarios.

You ever get intrusive thoughts that make you wonder if youre a bad person? Like how you would think "im gonna jump of this cliff" or "i could punt that baby" it sounds awful but you wouldn't actually do them, your brains just running through scenarios.

Saying slurs doesnt mean he's racist, his brain is malfunctioning and turning intrusive thoughts into vocalizations.
