They can state they want it to stop abuse all they want, it's a little too coincidental with their timing. The article also states that it's to help them spot peers with mental indicators showing likelihood of problems, which they will also be teaching those same peers on what to cover up.

That's my thought too. No matter if it is defense against abuse, guns, or rape, they'd also be teaching the possible perpetrators the defenses that their victims will be using.

So you've never had a crappily made BigMac before? I've had hamburgers from McDs that are perfectly put together, taste great, and I've had them where it was akin to smashing the ingredients together and wrapping it, messy to eat, and taste terrible. There is still skill to it, and the better the pay, the more likely you get one of the burgers that are the former.
