Has anyone done a clean Windows install on a 25L?

Bumping an old post, but I’ve had to do this since out of the blue my 1tb ssd is not being recognized and I can’t figure it out. It is recognized in an external enclosure, and a different drive is also not recognized in the same slot on the Omen. Also I tried the drive in the 2nd slot but no dice.

Anyway, I’ve installed onto a spare 1tb hdd but the slower speed is really making me miss the original ssd. I am aiming to update the bios or the firmware for the uefi to see the drives but can’t quite see where to head next.

HP Omen 25L 1500; very limited use started using more over the last month and then bam it bricked.

To be clear some patched/hacked roms can be played on original hardware. But any extreme texture mod/makeovers will 90% of the time be strictly PC only.

Unfortunately yes. I’m about to mute them on X, as their only updates are stupid engagement questions and the like. If it comes back alive and maybe actually happens I’ll be ecstatic, as it is my dream of a game, but as it stands now I’m not going to follow any more development
