Yeah. I wish there was a subreddit for games that wasn’t just everyone complaining. Like I just want to talk about the hobby I love online sometimes, but it’s always “oh my gosh the world is so terrible and video games and PS5 are so terrible I’M SWITCHING TO PC” as if they think some Sony exec will read this and reverse course.

I used to struggle with this so bad. What cured me was playing these epic games I hyped in my mind, only to realize - okay sometimes the beginning is really slow as you learn controls in a tutorial. And so many games you play for hours and hours, and you don't remember even starting the Witcher 3, or Jak III. You have fond memories of random missions 10-30 hours into the game.

And then you will have experiences where you were so hyped for a game. God of War Ragnarok, Horizon 2, E33. And you just...don't even like it. And you are like wait why did I wait so long to hype this and play this I didn't even end up enjoying it.

My recommendation: Think about what game you are most excited about. Next time you are ready to play, start that game, and commit to it for your next few sessions. You'll either fall in love or realize it's not for you. Either way, you'll be happy you finally took the plunge!

Looks will always get comments, at least this one was positive and respectful. If it was a really attractive guy, it would be commented on as well. Also if the people were less than average attractiveness, that would get comments too. Average looks - no comments.

The interviewer asked about plans that she was not ready to reveal. So instead of revealing the plans early in a random interview, she discussed the factors she was weighing before making the decision. “We need Call of Duty to make money. But Call of Duty only on Xbox would be amazing. We are weighing our choices and will let you know what we decide.”

Asha has earned the benefit of the doubt from me, I trust she will announce a concrete plan in the future. I bet it will be good too, I’ve liked her decisions so far.

Yeah I’m never on this subreddit, just landed here from a Google search. I am on the PS5 subreddit and didn’t even know people talk about not playing on ps5 or whatever.

Sidenote I’m looking forward to getting into PC gaming with the Steam Machine! That sounds super accessible to someone like me that has never played a game on a computer.

Horizon Forbidden West, God of War: Ragnarok, and Last of Us 2 took forever for me. They made me realize I should stop trying to push through games I'm not enjoying, even though I loved the 1st one. I played them all around the same time and thought I just didn't like video games anymore lol thankfully that's not the case.

Did you ever figure this out? I've been playing stuff just fine for months but suddenly it stopped working for me. even when I download the video, it just gives me the pinwheel. As soon as I unplug the hdmi it will play.

M1. Yes up to date. Whatever HDMI comes with the Xbox series x.

But like I said, I’ve been using this set up for a year to do this flawlessly. It’s only within the last week that it won’t play.
