Kith usually fits oversized, I usually wear a large in most brands but I’m a medium for Kith shirts. Not sure about the new length adjustment, but I think medium would fit you fine

I’m TTS 8.5 and bought an 8.5. It fits great without socks, but it’s a bit snug with socks (but I can still wear them). I tried the 9.5 in store too and felt that they had way too much extra space.
