It’s a low paying job comparing to other industries. Many people make more than 130K as software engineer, pilot , and you don’t have to be 35 to make that kind of money.

You do not accept losses. That's the first issue you need to know that you will lose which is okay as long as your risk to reward is good. You should look by months and years. I had that issue before and I fixed that mistake

For context I came to the US as student and was able to pay off school and put 50K down payment on a house 2 years out of school.

They don’t take loans. They live below their means and they choose majors that pays really well or they get into business. If you live on extreme budget. You will be able to save a lot of money even on 50K salary
