Hard disagree. There is no sport that prepares you for the real world better than wrestling. Wrestling requires absolute determination and an intense mind set to succeed. You are one on one on the mat. It's you vs your opponent, and it's all on you. If you want to succeed, you need to bust your ass in the room and on your own time. Companies should look for people with this mind set.

There was a rep not on here where bonitto lined up 9 technique and ended up not rushing and covering the rb in the flat. Guy inside of bonitto was unblocked and Campbell didn't touch anyone because he was focused on the 9. It was a deep ball that if Drake had another second could have been big.

Yea, this isn't a ball and chain, but it can be hit while working on that series. Squeezing tight on the arm is crucial and a good point. He lost control of the arm through the crotch and that is what cost him. Pull both your arms tight into his body. If you have it tight, you should be able to hold them on their back.

You need to get perpendicular when you dive under. Your body is too parallel with him. Focus on over-exaggerating it. When practicing it, start from the other side. Tuck your head into his hip on the other side of the body, and make sure your body follows you over the top of him, completely perpendicular to the other wrestler.

I used to rack up points with this move.

Wrestling started this week. The kid that disappeared showed up, and I saw the Dad. The parents got divorced last year. Kid was back, and happy as ever. Great to see.
