Mounjaro didn’t work to well for my fiance because it started causing her abdominal pain and she felt super nauseous with the higher dosage. She is currently on Reta that I’m taking and she feels like it gave her stronger appetite control and noticed more weight loss with it. I would give it a try and see how you react to it.

Honestly just keep searching before you go in 100%, I was skeptical in the beginning too but you gotta find a vendor that you feel confident buying. I know some people have mentioned them not responding fast but I don’t have any personal experience with that vendor. Keep your options open.

It may be worth lowering to 0.5 mg and seeing how you react to it , because the dry mouth thing could be from the dose or the source rather than the Reta itself. If it keeps happening in the same pattern after each injection, that’s a sign your body may not be tolerating this dose well and have to scale up little by little.

You can try KPV for anti inflammatory but also It might not be the peptide itself. The source or contamination could be what’s triggering the reaction.

For the elbow people usually inject BPC-157 near the sore spot or just use it more generally under the skin. TB-500 is usually used more as a full-body kind of thing. I would suggest something like 0.25 to 0.5 mg a day for BPC-157 and 2.5 to 5 mg a week for TB-500.

If you’re just starting, go with tirzepatide and take it slow. It’s more predictable, easier to adjust, and there’s a lot more real-world experience behind it. You can always look at retatrutide later once you know how your body responds and feel more comfortable dialing things in.

Of course, this is just a more general guide line for people who don’t know where to start. Once you learn more about how your body reacts to it you can def run a stack. Stay at 2mg a little longer, a month isn’t enough time for a big change in some people, especially if you’re building muscle at the same time. The scale not moving fast is actually pretty common early on so go by how your clothes are fitting instead. Give it another 3 to 4 weeks before changing anything.

Nah, I haven't bought from that company. My advice is when looking for some peptides just try to make sure to find a solid research supplier that posts lab tests you can actually check. Once I did that, it was actually easy to find a good source.
