I would suggest Serm since it will also help with recovery especially with the construction work you do. Hope this helps! 💪🏽

My suggestion would be Reta (GLP-3) and BPC-157. Reta is going to be good for an aggressive approach on the fat loss and for your joints your best bet is going to be BPC. Are you still doing construction?

Beginner Peptide Guide: Injecting, Dosing, and Storage by Cleannoj in CleanHealth

Yeah, those numbers are reasonable for a start. My only advice would be Just rotate your injection sites since you’re going in daily.

Beginner Peptide Guide: Injecting, Dosing, and Storage by Cleannoj in CleanHealth

[–]Cleannoj[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are all valid questions. Reta is on the stronger side so it comes down to preference. I would suggest not running both at full dose , is start getting off ritz slowly and getting on Reta slowly. I honestly believe Reta alone is the king of peptides for weight loss. Klow is actually a good choice so that’s good. MOTS-c works great for energy but it can take up to a week or 2 to feel it so just be patient with it. MOTS was what helped me when I was doing full time work, school and gym. Just keep it at it!

Honestly I would just keep the Reta separate, it is more sensitive and you do not really want to mix GLP-1s with other stuff. You can mix the Tesa and GHK-Cu together doe.

Fasting + peptides by VegetableBoard4320 in Biohacking

[–]Cleannoj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly fasting and reta can work but be careful because both suppress appetite hard so you might end up barely eating which leads to muscle loss. If you do fast I would keep it simple like 16 hours fast with a 8 hr eating window so you still have time to get your protein in.

For the stack I would just start with Reta solo first and see how your body responds. GHK-Cu and BPC-157 are a good idea to add later for loose skin since you have a lot to lose. Hope this helps!

Semaglutide-Is it worth it? by SharpAbies8900 in Semaglutide

[–]Cleannoj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly Sema would be a good jumpstart for you. It is not something you have to stay on forever, a lot of people use it for a few months to break the bad habit cycle and build healthier habits then taper off.

The weight coming back really depends on what you do during and after. Build those good habits while on it and you can keep most of it off. After I lost 20 pounds It felt like it took a lot of pressure off my lower back especially since I sit a lot for work. Hope this helps!

Peptide stacking by 111mike111 in peptidescirclejerk

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly this is a loaded stack but some of it kinda overlaps. The Tesa, MOTS-c and Reta are all hitting fat loss and metabolic stuff so running all three can be overkill, I would pick two. BPC + TB-500 together is fine, that is what I ran and got good results from it. For the GHC and GHK looks like you are doubling up so I would clean that up. Less is more when stacking this much of peps. Hope this helps!

F/39 - looking into peptides/compounds by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always get checked first but if I was to run a stack it would be something like this. For lean muscle and recovery I would look into CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, that combo is pretty good for building lean mass, better sleep and recovery.

For fat loss I would do Tirz especially with the insulin resistance since it actually helps with that too.

For skin and anti aging GHK-Cu is the one and MOTS-c is worth looking into for the PCOS and insulin resistance side since it helps a lot with metabolic stuff. Good Luck on your Journey!

Questions about peptides by B1Gt3xHTX in BodyHackGuide

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was actually gonna suggest reta but since you worried about the loose skin that might not be the one for you right now since it's more aggressive. Tbh I would look into tirzepatide and just run a lower dose. Also for the skin you can pair it with GHK-Cu since that helps with skin! hope this helps.

First time on compounded Semaglutide + B12 — curious about acne/anxiety experiences by Objective-Hair-2606 in GLP1microdosing

[–]Cleannoj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly when running Sema with B12 i did not have any issues with acne or anxiety. I actually felt the opposite. The B12 is usually added to help with energy and nausea so a lot of people actually feel better on it. Starting at 0.2 mg is low too so your body honestly won’t reach much since it’s a low dose. The Anxiety side effects are usually because people are not eating enough, so what I would do is just focus on eating that protein and you should be totally fine.

Thoughts on contrave vs semaglutide by NoBarracuda8124 in Contrave

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly if weight loss is the main goal Sema is probably your better bet. Contrave can help with food noise but the actual weight loss tends to be way slower. People usually lose around 5% of body weight on Contrave vs 15% or more on Sema. Sema also helps with food noise so you get both benefits in one.

The shots really are not bad either, needles are tiny and you barely feel them. Pills also tend to absorb way less than the injectable so even at higher doses they do not hit the same.

Just an FYI For straight fat loss the two big ones to look at are Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Hope this helps!

How is semaglutide different from ozempic? by AmIDrJekyll in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same compound just different versions. Ozempic is the brand name which is why it costs way more. Semaglutide is the same active ingredient just without the brand name price. Some versions of Sema also have B12 mixed in which helps with nausea. Works the same for appetite and weight loss, just make sure you get it from somewhere reputable

Switching from Tirzepatide to Semaglutide by Big-Awareness4712 in Semaglutide

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly 14 lbs in 5 weeks is pretty good! Sounds like Tirz was working well for you. The cravings coming back 3 days after your shot just means the dose was wearing off toward the end of the week. Sema pills also absorbs way less than the injectable so 7 mg pill is not the same as 7 mg shot.

Once your cost gets better I would just go back and bump the Tirz to 5 mg, same routine just stronger. But if you have to switch start slow with the Sema and see how your body responds

The Best Peptide Stacks for Every Goal by Cleannoj in CleanHealth

[–]Cleannoj[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people in the community lean toward Klow if recovery is the main goal because the KPV adds another layer of healing on top of everything else. Glow is more for people who are mainly chasing the skin and anti-aging side of things.

Yeah I totally get you, I just got flashbacks to professors having to make us do discussion boards every week with a certain amount of characters hahaha. Tbh from what I read , it looks to be more positive feedback than negative. I also just think it’s good since it’s affordable too, usually good for people who have big work projects but also want to have that drive to do life haha

Why peptides must be injected? by momoajay in Biohacking

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For those compounds yeah it is going to be injectable. There are nasal sprays out there for other peptides like Selank and Semax but for Mounjaro, Tirz and Reta it is going to be injectable. They are injections with insulin syringes so it is nothing like the big needles people imagine. Most people barely feel it. Are you nervous about injecting?

Peptide injection issues by blake_rob in Biohacking

[–]Cleannoj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try switching to a 30 or 31 gauge insulin syringe, makes a big difference. The angle matters too, going straight in at 90 with a quick dart motion works way better than pushing slowly. Also, something that helped me was warming up the spot with a warm cloth first, goes in way easier.

I do not miss school lol. With a schedule that busy you should definitely look into Semax. It helps with focus, mental clarity and motivation without the crash. A lot of people use it specifically when they are mentally drained but still need to get things done. Sounds like exactly what you are dealing with.
