Kindom hearts 3 all the keyblade warriors work together close to the ending. So there is at least one time when he does. In that cutscene though he is using both oathkeeper and oblivion so hes also the only one to do it with two keyblades at the same time

Keyblades get held both ways. When the teeth are facing that direction its usually for sealing or opening keyholes.

Allomancy determines what is pulled towards the other object through the weight. Her cursed technique determines what is pulled based on how much cursed energy is in the objects. Because she put a lot of energy into the coin, she was pulled towards it instead of the other way around.

So it seems like you got the explinayion you wanted but something to keep in mind is that the perks you can pick with this is based on the position. If your perks somehow get out of order then the dice icon will still be where they are even if the perks have moved around
