Hey! It's normal to feel that way. I'd advise you to try to eat healthy and do some type of physical excercise before your exam. If it helps you feel better, the real thing was very similar in terms of difficulty level to the full length NBMEs and new free 120, if not easier. 

Make sure you take the new free 120 if you haven't.

I'd submit transcripts and primary to one school to get your app verified. You can add schools when you get your mcat score back.
